We would like to give you an update on the situation with our former accountant Cindy Fulton. We have received a call from the Arizona Attorney Generals Office advising us that on Wednesday, September 8 at approximately 10:30 AM Cindy K Fulton was arrested by the Denver Police Department and is in custody. We are awaiting extradition from Colorado. We are also pleased to inform you that our insurance company reimbursed the district for $50,000 to help with our loss. There has been a lot of work on this issue behind the scenes, and we will see it through.
